Athlete Services is where new and existing athletes come to be fitted for special footwear and apparel designed specifically for their needs. They needed a product testing area, space for measuring and tools, a footwear wall, and a place for the athlete and their entourage to relax. Advanced Creation is responsible for color, materials, samples, future technology, and product testing. They had issues with people not knowing how to find them, while other teams wanted to reduce walkthroughs and not be so easily found.
I met with each of the separate teams to determine pain points in their current workspaces and hear any specific requests. We collaborated with an architect and custom builder to create a more custom-fit design to improve workflows and the overall atmosphere.
